Drawing from over three decades of high-level industrial administration at the Natore Sugar Mills (BSFIC), he successfully spearheaded our company’s journey from a rented mill in 2013 to a market powerhouse distributing 10,000 MT of animal feed every month.

Born and raised in Natore, Md. Kamal Uddin completed his initial education at Gopalpur Government Primary School and Gopalpur High School. After completing his HSC at Abdulpur College, he earned a Bachelor’s degree from Natore Degree College and subsequently obtained his Master’s Degree in Political Science from the prestigious University of Rajshahi.
In 1984, he entered public service at the Bangladesh Sugar and Food Industries Corporation (BSFIC), building an illustrious corporate management career that lasted until 2021. His exhaustive administrative capabilities culminated in his role as the Deputy General Manager (DGM) of Natore Sugar Mills, providing him with a flawless foundation in industrial logistics, manufacturing scaling, and large-scale asset management.
An entrepreneur at heart, he established Sourav Silk Industries in 1989, expanding into power loom manufacturing and sugar trading before entering the animal feed domain in 2013. Through tactical foresight, he directed the establishment of our custom Hugolbaria factory in 2018, integrating automated Chinese milling hardware to position SS Feed Industries Ltd as an unmatched regional market leader.
